I have over 20 years experience as a freelance developer of training resources, educational materials and delivery of professional development. Prior to my current role, I gained 12 years experience teaching in secondary schools, further and higher education as a biology specialist and teacher trainer. My main areas of expertise are in health and biological sciences, and the development of web-based teaching resources.

Specialising in science-based education and training resources, I can produce materials for publication, interactive learning and presentations. I have worked for a range of clients including schools, examination boards, the Royal Society, museums, heritage centres and with the pharmaceutical industry.

I can produce tailored and flexible training packages. I have developed and delivered professional development courses for organisations such as the Association for Science Education and the National STEM Centre.

 I use a range of technologies to produce interactive and engaging online learning resources. These include Articulate Storyline (integrated course development), Adobe animate (HTML animations), PowerPoint (presentations), Audacity (audio editing) and Corel Studio (video editing).
